A personal favourite of ours, this is an exceptional and meticulously refurbished three-bedroom first and second-floor maisonette set within a handsome, period building in the heart of South Kensington. Sold in April 2019 with an asking price of £3,600,000. 

3. St Loo, SW3

A truly special penthouse developed to an exceptional standard in St Loo Court. With excellent living space, the property benefits from a practical layout with superb volume due to 18-foot ceilings in the reception room. The sale reflects a record £/sq ft (£2,256/sq. ft) in the building according to LonRes.com, which had an asking price of £3,500,000. Maskells found two competing buyers; one of which has successfully exchanged and completed on the property.

Our Mews house sale of the year: this is a most attractive 3 bedroom freehold house, of particular note, is the dual aspect open plan drawing room and kitchen, occupying the entire first floor. The property is a short walk from both Notting Hill Gate and also Holland Park. Asking price - £2,000,000.

5. Elm Park Gardens

An excellent one-bedroom apartment, presented in immaculate condition, located on a very popular road between The Fulham Road and The Kings Road. The apartment was previously instructed by two other agents but we sold it at the asking price of - £895,000.
