Eaton Square and Belgrave Square in second and third place respectively, followed by Thurloe Square and Chester Square.
Data collected from Land Registry and information from Prime Resi, but there are no details on how many sales were included; the average sold price across all 15 addresses worked out at £1,915,510. The price “premium” to live on a garden square is calculated at 10.3%.
