It is less than 9 feet wide and measures just 290 sqft. The property doesn’t have a garden but the house is situated right next to St Luke’s Gardens. Interestingly the house sold in 2017 with an asking price of £600,000. properties like this are extremely rare, we imagine the purchasers must be extremely pleased that no one else lives in a house quite like them.
