Between its Eastern boundary with Knightsbridge and South Western borders with Chelsea and Earls Court, South Kensington has some of the most beautiful mews streets in London.

The French consulate believes there are between 300,000 and 400,000 citizens residing in the English capital, exceeding the inhabitants of Bordeaux, Nantes or Strasbourg and it appears that the majority prefer to live in SW7 .
Most of our mews buyers in SW7 are French and British with Americans and other Europeans making up the rest. The Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle is the epicentre and has created a French 'quarter', by drawing French families looking to be within walking distance of the Lycee, South Kensington Tube, Hyde Park and their French friends who are already here.
