The service was set up firstly due to the demand from our overseas clients who have property interests in the UK but are only able to spend a few months a year here and secondly from our clients who are based in the UK.
For our overseas clients, the service offers property management whilst you are not here. For our overseas clients when in residence in the UK and for our UK families, we offer a full time concierge, PA and lifestyle service.
THis includes advice on Schools, Doctors, Dentists, Solicitors, Accountants, Gyms, Restaurants and Private Members Clubs, Builders, Property Maintenance including odd-jobs, Interior Design, Furniture Acquisisiton and Advice, Private Staff Sourcing, Travel & Logisitics, Large Asset Purchases (eg cars) and a monthly invoice payment service. OUr list in not exhaustive and we tailor our service to your requirements.
The service has no membership fee, no joinning fee, just an hourly rate.
